RIP Robin Williams

It is with a very heavy heart that I regretfully say that humanity lost one of its comedic greats.
As of today, Robin Williams (aged 63) has past away due to asphyxiation.
It can be really hard to fathom how such a funny man could die like this. To think that the man who voiced the Genie in Aladdin, played the absent minded professor in Flubber (just to name a few) will no longer be bringing smiles and laughs to others is truly sad.
I think we, as the general audience, sort of get lost in the giggles and the jokes to an extent to where we don't realize how much the person, making us laugh, is actually suffering.
Mr. Williams, according to his publicist, suffered from depression- a hard battle that he ultimately decided that he could not battle any longer (other motivations have yet to be found but for me, that alone is a big indicator.)
My thoughts definitely go out to his wife, Susan Schneider, and his children. Losing a loved one is something that will never not be painful.
